Perspectives: Courage for the Road Ahead

Our human bodies are well-equipped to respond to anything that frightens us. Fear may have had evolutionary value in our survival as a species, but courage plays an equally vital role. We dare to imagine and hope, to believe that change is possible, and to take risks individually and collectively. In this class we will explore how to strengthen courage in our attitudes and actions so that we can face whatever comes with boldness and confidence. Join us Sunday, October 27th at 11:30 AM in the sanctuary with Carolyn Foster, an SAPC member, coach, and retreat leader.
