Special Offering for Pentecost

This year for Pentecost, Seventh Avenue will be collecting a Special Offering donation for two essential community causes. 60% will go to support at-risk youth and young adults through Presbyterian Mission Funds. 40% will be retained by SAPC, and Council has voted to donate our part to an organization that is working to rebuild after the Maui Fires. The Nā 'Aikāne o Maui Community Foundation is a 501c3 that lost its building and cultural artifacts to the fire in Lahaina. They are on site throughout the community to recover historical and cultural artifacts and to provide ongoing help, spiritual support, and prayer while centering indigenous Hawaiian teachings. The Special Offering will be collected May 12th, 19th and 26th and will be matched with Mission Funds to double our impact.
