December Events at Seventh Avenue

Sunday, December 3rd - The Mission Team is in need of volunteers to help prepare and serve a dinner meal on 12/3 through the SF Interfaith Council Winter Shelter Meal program. Please reach out to Tim Kwan if you are interested in participating. We will need people to assist with acquiring ingredients, preparing food, and serving the meal at Cannon Kip Senior Center.

Wednesday, December 6th - We will be holding an in person Taize service on the first Wednesday of this month, come join us! Zoom will also still be available with the same link as normal.

Thursday, December 7th - Join the SAPC Walking Group on 12/7 for the opening of “Entwined”, the light sculpture exhibit in Golden Gate Park. We will meet at the church at 3:45 and walk over together. Please contact Pauline Jarakian if you are interested in joining. The exhibition is open until April 28th, so more outings to come!

Saturday, December 16th - SAPC’s Christmas party is back! Come enjoy some holiday cheer with our beloved community on 12/16 from 3-6PM. The party will be offsite, location in our weekly Announcements. Please let Ruth know if you would like to help by bringing something savory/sweet to share, or Christmas music.

Sunday, December 17th - The Children’s Christmas Pageant this year will be on 12/17 during the Sunday morning worship service!

Tuesday, December 19th - Please join us at 12PM in decorating our worship space for Christmas! Please drop by to string some lights, hang some wreaths, and enjoy good company as we ready the sanctuary.

Sunday, December 24th - There will be no 10AM service on Christmas Eve, join us for our Christmas Eve service at 6PM in the sanctuary.
